The Pines mall
 located near the intersection of East Harding Avenue and U.S. 65 South, is one of the largest shopping complexes in Southeast Arkansas, featuring about 80 stores and businesses in a 700,000-square-foot facility.

There is also a car wash at the corner of Bay Street and Miramar Drive.

Downtown Pine Bluff
The biggest development on the horizon is the Lakeshore Pavilion, which is scheduled to open in the spring of 2006. The pavilion will be the new home of the Pine Bluff farmers market and will be the site of fishing and boating classes, wildlife observation and will be available for picnics, reunions and public meetings.
   Other major developments in downtown are the Donald W. Reynolds Community Services Center, 211 W. Third Ave., and the University of Arkansas at Pine Bluff’s business incubator under construction in the 600-block of Main Street.
